Travelling from Ottawa Canada to see the bats. We were looking for authentic, good tasting Mexican for my hubby. Oh boy yum! We both got the combination fajitas. The food had wonderfully spicy seasoning, guacamole was PERFECT. I don’t eat carbs so I didn’t get the bread and beans (sadly) but the lady that served us was so sweet about it, with her limited English. Very nice, and super yummy. She even suggested a desert. Some pastry with a kinda jam in the middle. Yum. Kids (less adventurous) had burger, and chicken strips, they were happy I was mortified, lol. Super friendly service, the other clients were Mexican, but everybody was super sweet to explain some of the meals to us ignorant Canadian. We even took our Mexican Coke bottle home as a souvenir.

Food was good, service was good as well. However I was not a fan of the salsa it’s that not everyone including myself likes avacados or chunks of it in red salsa. Should be a standard house red salsa and offered as an option. That’s just my opinion but overall was a good place to eat at.

Its authentic spanish restaurant,with there own recipe for there chile,very large variety in there menu,and if you dont find what you want,they will do there best to fix you what you want.they also have some excellent American plates.they have a burger that isnt on there menu,but just ask for the pancake burger,bring a friend to help you finish it. It may seem like there prices are on the high end,but the serving you get makes the price well worth it.there staff makes sure you dont spend your time trying to get some help you will be well taken care of.one thing you wont have to worry about is waiting for your meal.it will arrive freshly made and very quick.
